About GEBA
GEBA was started in 1957 by NSA employees to offer access to group insurance plans to NSA employees. Since then, GEBA has expanded its product line to provide a wide spectrum of insurance and investment options to its members. Membership now spans to civilian employees and retirees of the U.S. Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, the Department of State, and military and contractors assigned to NSA-W.

GEBA's Board of Directors
GEBA's Board of Directors, consisting of active employees and retirees, continually evaluates insurance and investment programs, services, and underwriters to find offerings that are not only cost effective, but also of the highest quality. GEBA's status as a not-for-profit, membership-based organization allows the Board to negotiate group contracts that bring additional savings to our members.
