GEBA is a nonprofit voluntary employee benefit association founded by NSA employees in 1957. We provide a large host of insurance and investment plans to the United States Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Department of State, and military and contractors assigned to NSA-W.

All of GEBA's plans are available for enrollment at any time throughout the year with the exception of dental. As a new hire, if you enroll within 60 days of your hire date, you benefit from not having to undergo medical underwriting for term life insurance and long term disability as well as not having to wait for the dental open enrollment period.
