Notes:

1. This Calculator is for FERS employees only. CSRS
   employees should contact their Personell Rep for an
   analysis of their Disability Retirement and bring this
   calculation to the GEBA office.
2. If you receive social security benefits, the amount you
   receive will reduce the benefit received payable as
   a FERS employee.
3. Your disability benefit is recalculated again at age 62
   and that is not included in this calculation.
4. We recommend that you bring this estimate to the GEBA
   office and discuss the outcome with a GEBA Member
   Services Representative.
5. GEBA Disability Income Protection is nontaxable.
