Insure Against the High Cost of Travel for Family Emergencies
When you least expect it, something tragic has happened. You receive a call telling you that a family member has been in a serious accident, is gravely ill, or has passed away. Your only thought at this moment is getting to your family. If you live far away from your family, you don’t want to be deterred from traveling due to the expense of a last-minute plane ticket. That’s where GEBA’s Emergency Travel Plan comes in to help you.
What is GEBA’s Emergency Travel Plan?
GEBA’s Emergency Travel Plan (ETP) provides an affordable way to ensure that you can be with your family when they need you the most.
Plan Benefits and Features Include:
- Reimbursement up to $1,500 for air or train fare per person*
- Travel from anywhere in the world to anywhere in the world
- Includes a broad family definition - more than just your immediate family
- Add your spouse or children to your plan and cover their travel expense as well
Here’s an Example of How it Works:
If your last-minute airfare cost is $900 and you submit a claim to GEBA, you’ll be reimbursed for $720 (80%). In this example, your out-of-pocket cost is $180.
Cost as Little as $2 Biweekly
ETP is very affordable. At $2 biweekly or $52/year per person, it is significantly less than the cost of a last-minute ticket. ETP protects you against the high cost of last-minute family emergency travel.
