Emergency Travel Plan Insurance
GEBA’s Emergency Travel Benefit Plan (ETP) provides a partial reimbursement of air or train fare in the event you need to travel to visit an immediate family member due to a serious illness or death. The plan allows you to focus on your family while dealing with a serious illness or death in the family.
Option 1 - Plan Participant for his/her immediate family
$2.00 Bi-Weekly
   
Option 2 - Spouse or Domestic Partner for his/her immediate family
$2.00 Bi-Weekly
   
Option 3 - Cross Coverage – Elect this option to cover participant for spouse’s or $2.00 Bi weekly Domestic partner’s immediate family and/or spouse or Domestic partner for participant’s immediate family.
   
Option 4 - Dependent Coverage for both mother and father’s immediate family
$2.00 Bi-Weekly
