Aflac's Accident Insurance Policy

A current Aflac Accident Insurance policy:
- Pays cash benefits that may be used to help with the out-of-pocket expenses incurred after an accidental injury, such as copayments and treatment-related travel, as well as the ongoing ordinary living expenses such as rent, electricity, and car payments.
- Pays you directly, unless you tell us otherwise, no matter what other insurance you may have.
- Pays cash benefits fast—processing most claims within four days after receiving your claims.
- Is portable, which means that you can continue your coverage if you change jobs or retire.
- Provides family coverage.
- Provides stable rates unless you choose to upgrade your policy upon renewal. Your rates don’t go up, even if you file a claim.
Aflac's Cancer/Specified Disease Insurance Policy
(Policy Series A-76000)
Cancer impacts many of our lives. If a family member has to stop working to take care of you, the loss of income may be doubled. By paying cash benefits directly to you, unless you choose otherwise, Aflac’s Cancer policy allows you the freedom to use those funds as you see fit, helping you with the financial impact of cancer that may not be covered by major medical insurance.
A current Aflac Cancer/Specified-Disease policy:
- Provides cash benefits for just about every part of the treatment regimen from hospital confinement to radiation and chemotherapy.
- Aflac's Optional rider, Form A76050, pays an Initial Diagnosis Benefit when a covered person is diagnosed as having internal cancer or an associated cancerous condition. Limitations apply; see the Optional Rider Summary Page for more information.

Aflac's Hospital Confinement Indemnity Insurance Policy
(Policy Series A-46000)
An extended hospital stay can be a distressing time for you and your family. Major medical insurance alone may not be enough. An Aflac Hospital Confinement Indemnity policy may help.
A current Aflac Hospital Confinement Indemnity policy:
- Pays benefits when you’re required to stay in a hospital due to a covered sickness or injury.
- Pays you directly, unless you tell us otherwise, no matter what other insurance you may have.
- Pays cash benefits fast—processing most claims within four days after receiving the claim.
