GEBA is offering a choice of three Delta Dental insurance plans: Delta Care USA (HMO), Basic Delta Dental Preferred Plan (PPO) or Enhanced Delta Dental Preferred Plan (PPO). It is required that members be enrolled in the Basic plan for at least one full year prior to electing coverage under the Enhanced plan. For a higher premium, the Enhanced plan provides a higher provider coverage amount plus coverage for adolescent orthodontics and major restorative care.
All active and retired civilian employees of the Intelligence Community and contract and military employees assigned to NSA-W may enroll for this coverage on behalf of themselves and their spouse and /or dependents.
New Employee: Enrollment is limited to the first 30 days of hire to an Agency within the United States Intelligence Community, or contractor assigned to NSA-W.
Annual Open Enrollment Period: October 1st through December 14th of each year, with coverage effective January 1 of the following year.
