Delta Dental Insurance

GREAT NEWS! Effective July 1, 2009, GEBA and Delta Dental have worked together to provide our Delta Dental PPO Members (Basic and Enhanced Plan) an even more robust plan! Your annual maximum benefit has DOUBLED to $3,000 per person per year!

Now, your Delta Dental plan is even more valuable to you and your family!

A nice smile is free. But keeping a smile nice over the years can get expensive. Replacing loose dental work or having a crown put on can cost several hundred dollars or more per tooth. And, if your children need orthodontic work, you're looking at thousands of dollars in bills!

Now, smile - GEBA is offering you affordable dental insurance. Dental insurance from Delta Dental can help reduce your out-of-pocket expenses for you and your family's dental care. With dental insurance, you can hold onto more of your earnings for important things like savings, retirement investments and other life goals, without putting off essential dental care.

GEBA is offering a choice of three Delta Dental insurance plans: Delta Care USA (HMO), Basic Delta Dental Preferred Plan (PPO) or Enhanced Delta Dental Preferred Plan (PPO). It is required that members be enrolled in the Basic plan for at least one full year prior to electing coverage under the Enhanced plan. For a higher premium, the Enhanced plan provides a higher provider coverage amount plus coverage for adolescent orthodontics and major restorative care.

All active and retired civilian employees of the Intelligence Community and contract and military employees assigned to NSA-W may enroll for this coverage on behalf of themselves and their spouse and /or dependents.
