Volunteer Board of Directors

GEBA’s Board of Directors is elected of and comprised of current and former Federal employees including military who are GEBA members.  Board members provide strategic and financial oversight of the association.

Board Responsibilities

  • Set the vision, mission and strategic direction for the Association
  • Approve and evaluate the various products and services offered to members
  • Provide legal oversight and stewardship on behalf of members of the Association – a 501(c)9 not for profit organization

GEBA - Government Employee's Benefit Association

 GEBA is a not-for-profit federal employee benefit association created by National Security Agency (NSA) employees in 1957. Our goal is to offer high-quality insurance and investment products at competitive rates combined with expert financial planning services to best meet our members’ needs throughout all life stages and circumstances. GEBA has been serving Federal employees for over 65 years, and you can count on us to be there for you and your family when you need it most.

 GEBA membership is FREE and is available to ALL Civilian Federal Employees and retirees, military (active duty, retired, disabled, and veterans), and their families. Membership is activated upon enrollment in a plan or service and continues as long as you maintain any plan or service with GEBA.
