Today, GEBA serves nearly 17,000 members of the intelligence community and the broader federal workforce, the military, retirees, and their families.

GEBA is a not-for-profit federal employee benefit association created by National Security Agency (NSA) employees in 1957. Our goal is to offer high-quality insurance and investment products at competitive rates combined with expert financial planning services to best meet our members’ needs throughout all life stages and circumstances. GEBA has been serving Federal employees for over 65 years, and you can count on us to be there for you and your family when you need it most.
GEBA membership is FREE and is available to ALL civilian federal employees and retirees, including the military and their families. Membership is activated upon enrollment in a plan or service and continues as long as you maintain any plan or service with GEBA.
