As a not-for-profit membership organization, the GEBA Board of Directors is the volunteer body responsible for policy-making and legal governance of GEBA. The Board determines the vision, mission, strategic direction, and priorities for the Association. Further, Board Members provide financial and legal oversight on behalf of members.
Are you interested in serving on a non-profit Board? Do you have the knowledge, experience, and time commitment to contribute to a collaborative decision-making body? GEBA members are invited to submit their name or nominate another member for consideration as a Director candidate for the 2027 term.
The three-year Director term begins January 1, 2027. Candidates must have been GEBA members for a minimum of three years and be able to fulfill all Board and individual Director responsibilities. The deadline for nominations is March 31, and the election occurs later this summer.
