GEBA is a not-for-profit benefit association founded by NSA employees. For nearly 70 years, we’ve supported Federal Employees with insurance benefits, investment options, and expert financial planning.

Membership is free and open to all Federal Employees and retirees, military personnel (active duty, retired, disabled, and veterans), and their families. Membership is activated upon enrollment in a plan or service and continues as long as you maintain any plan or service with GEBA.
